Family with Teens
I have stayed in a lot of hotels & motels and this was, without a doubt the worst I have ever seen as far as cleanliness or customer service. Our room didn't even have a remote control for the tv and when we called the front desk we were told that there werent enough for all the rooms! We also requested extra pillows and were told (the first two times we called) that someone would be bringing them shortly only to be told on the third call that the hotel had a high occupancy that night and there weren't enough pillows.I have stayed in rundown roadside motels with better concierge. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
My wife and I liked this hotel, especially since we were looking for an economical way to stay near Pensacola beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though the first room we stayed in was a dump with a hole in the roof. we were quickly moved to a better room with an excellent view of the bay and an old school VCR. The hotel has good proximity to the beach but the room was less than adequate. Then ceiling in the room was peeling and the shower had a hole in the ceiling that had been cut out for repair and patched drywall not completed. The staff was helpful but the room cleaning service was not good and did not come back to clean room after we asked them to come back later. ...read more

It was as advertised. Priced right with great location. I was able to pull my boat right up on the private beach area which was perfect for me. There's a very nice restaurant/bar. Staff was very accomidating and friendly. I'll return with no hesitation. ...read more

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was decorated brightly instead of the dull colors in most motels. The room was also very clean. They also cleaned the pool every morning which was nice to know. I also liked the idea of them having a kiddy pool that our 2 year old could play in while her older brothers played in the big pool.
